Project Manager

You will interface with Consultants/ Owners and liaise with the relevant authorities to ensure smooth project development as well as monitor and co-ordinate project development to ensure completion within the specified time frame and budget. You will also inspect works in progress to ensure quality as well as compliances with drawings, specifications and requirements laid down by the authorities.

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma in Construction, Engineering, Building, Architecture or Interior Design
  • At least 7 years of experience in project management of residential, commercial and hotel projects
  • Able to work independently with a high level of drive, initiative and quality assurance
  • Pro-active in resolving technical and site co-ordination issues
  • Able to work under tight deadlines
  • Customer-oriented with good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
 

Project Executive

You will assist the Project Manager in evaluating the work submitted by Consultants to ensure that it is within the designated corporate guidelines and within the allocated budget. You will communicate with the respective government authorities in order to obtain clearance and licenses for the erection of showflats and signboards.

Assistant Accounting Officer

You will assist in the keeping of accounts and financial matters for one of the investment property companies of the Group. In addition, the incumbent will be required to assist in administrative tasks for the Finance Department as and when required.

Requirements:

  • LCCI / ACCA Level 2 or its equivalent
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in preferably in listed company or MNC
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel, experience in SAP software is an advantage
  • Good command of English
  • Able to communicate and interact well with personnel from other departments
