Property Manager

You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Technical Executive and Engineering staff to ensure that all the facilities and equipment within the property are maintained in good operating conditions at all times. This will require you to plan, implement and verify all preventive maintenance and corrective works of facilities, as well as ensure that cleaning and security services are carried out in accordance with operating procedures.

In addition, you will be responsible for the A&A work process from developing design specifications, tender, evaluation, recommendation and supervision of the works to be completed within the stipulated time. You will prepare technical evaluation and financial budget for planned asset replacement, liaise with Marketing and tenants to ensure that all tenancy works are carried out in accordance with approved tenancy works and compliance to government regulatory requirements.

You will also be required to support Marketing and A&P teams in the management of events and tenants. Other duties include management of energy consumption and proposal of energy saving initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in management of commercial property is preferred
  • Technically-competent to evaluate, analyze and troubleshoot engineering problems and must be strong in aesthetic details
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Fire Safety Manager certification will be an added advantage
 

Senior / Project Managers (Based in China)

You will interface with Consultants/Owners and liaise with the relevant authorities to ensure smooth project development as well as monitor and co-ordinate project development to ensure completion within the specified time frame and budget. You will also inspect works in progress to ensure quality as well as compliances with drawings, specifications and requirements laid down by the relevant authorities.

In this role, you will also be responsible for all project related matters which may include planning, contract administration, scheduling, design co-ordination and review. You must have good practical experiences in the relevant field.
