We have been made aware of a number of cases where individuals and organisations have claimed to be recruiting on behalf of UOL Group Limited and our subsidiaries. These perpetrators have been known to send out bogus emails and letters, put up fraudulent websites using our information to advertise for jobs, call and set up interviews, offer fictitious employment opportunities, seek job-seekers’ personal information, and possibly request payment to process applications for jobs that do not exist.

(i) We will not make a job offer before the completion of one or more formal interviews with our Human Resource Department.

Legal Counsel | Closing date: February 28, 2026

Legal & Secretariat

Description

You will be part of the Legal & Secretariat Department and work closely with various internal and external parties to provide legal advice and services to the Group, so as to maintain good corporate governance and ensure compliance with the legal framework in which the Group operates.

Responsibilities

You will assist Management in ensuring legal risks are adequately managed across operational, transactional and dispute resolution matters in line with our commercial objectives and provide effective solutions to legal issues.  On an ongoing basis, you will be required to provide legal advice to various departments within the Group, review and draft contracts and agreements as well as liaise with and/or supervise external parties, including external counsel.

Requirements

  • A good Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree and admission as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore
  • At least 2 to 3 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm, listed local company and/or MNC
  • Excellent drafting and negotiating skills
  • Good commercial acumen, strong interpersonal skills and teamwork, with the ability to prioritise and manage work efficiently
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Competency in Mandarin is preferred to support the Group’s projects in the People’s Republic of China

Executive (Residential Marketing) | Closing date: February 28, 2026

Residential Marketing

Description

You will assist in managing and coordinating the end-to-end sales administration process for the Singapore Residential Development business unit, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth property transactions.

Responsibilities

This role involves doing Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) checks, coordinating legal documentation, maintaining accurate sales records and handling post-sales customer service. You will coordinate the documentation, issuance and execution of Option to Purchase and Sales and Purchase agreement; liaise with AML screening providers to ensure that submitted forms are complete; conduct AML/CDD checks and be responsible for submitting weekly sales data to URA. In addition, you will be responsible for records management, providing post-sales support, coordinating legal completion and seeking legal advice. You will also process and administer billings for sales commissions and assist in coordinating sales event with market teams.

Requirements

  • Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent qualification
  • No experience is required, although candidates with 1-2 years of experience in property sales administration within real estate development will be preferred. Diploma holders with 3-4 years of relevant experience will also be considered

Assistant Manager (Operations) | Closing date: February 28, 2026

Commercial

Description

You will report to and assist the Senior Manager (Operations) in ensuring that facilities and equipment within the property are maintained in good operating condition. You will also be part of the CERT and WSH Risk Management committee.

Responsibilities

Working with a team of technicians and outsourced vendors, you will oversee daily building operations, with a focus on hard FM services, including M&E facilities, fire protection, utilities monitoring and Green Mark compliance. Your daily tasks will include carrying out inspections to check for defects; planning and implementing building preventive and corrective maintenance; attending to feedback, incidents or emergency crises in the building and managing relationships with occupants. Additionally, you will coordinate and organise tenant engagement activities; liaise and coordinate with contractors and vendors; ensure the timely implementation and renewal of term contracts and statutory licenses; prepare procurement documentation; investigate and follow up on defects; manage tenancy and fitting-out works and oversee CAPEX works.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical engineering, or a related engineering discipline
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken
  • Experience in tenant management within retail malls or commercial buildings
  • Resourceful and results-oriented

Manager (Finance) | Closing date: February 28, 2026

Finance

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Deputy General Manager (Finance), this role oversees the financial operations of the Group’s development property entities. You will ensure that accounts are prepared in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and the Group Accounting Policies, and that operations comply with the Housing Developer Rules and Project Account Rules. On a day-to-day basis, you will supervise staff, regularly review the relevance and sufficiency of financial policies, procedures and controls, stay updated on the changing regulatory framework, and work closely with other departments and joint venture partners whom you support. You will also prepare and ensure the timely submission of monthly and variance reports and carry out budgetary exercises.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in accounting or with Big 4 audit firms
  • Prior experience in a supervisory position and/or the real estate industry is advantageous
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and related technical areas, such as Treasury and Tax
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse and interpret financial data
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships in a team environment
  • Organised, with the ability to work within tight deadlines with minimal supervision

Senior Manager (Finance) – Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst | Closing date: February 28, 2026

Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated professional to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This role will oversee forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis processes, as well as provide strategic and financial insights to support the organisation’s growth and profitability.  The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of financial management principles and a proven track record in driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

You will manage annual budgeting, forecasting and long-range financial planning processes; develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision making; collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with business objectives; oversee monthly reporting and variance analysis; and drive improvements in financial processes, systems and reporting capabilities. Additionally, you will support strategic initiatives such as investments and mergers and acquisitions, contributing to the organisation’s long-term success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in FP&A functions, with financial modelling skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement analysis and management reporting
