Senior Executive (Project Development) | Closing date: June 30, 2026

Project Development

Description

This position is a member of the Project Development Department and assists and supports liaison/co-ordination with various relevant parties with the objective of completing projects within the stipulated contract period and budget so as to deliver quality products within cost and time constraints while ensuring statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

The Senior Executive (Project Development) will support the Project Development Department to ensure construction is completed on time, in compliance with specifications and meets the required quality standards. This includes attending meetings and authority inspections and reviewing drawings. The role also manages the end-to-end showflat process, from construction and inspections to handover for marketing launch, furniture sale, demolition and reinstatement of Temporary Occupation Licences (TOL). Other duties include but are not limited to managing showflat furniture inventory and sale processes, including verification, coordination of balloting and payments and liaison with stakeholders; working with interior designers to transfer furniture for reuse, ensuring accurate tracking and smooth execution of all related activities; supporting sustainability and ISO initiatives; as well as preparing and tracking memoranda for approvals and other administrative duties as may be assigned.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Architectural, Engineering or Building and Real Estate Management or other disciplines.
  • 3 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably within the same industry. Those with more years of experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Manager (Project Development).
  • Team player and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office tools.
  • Good written and spoken communications skills.
  • Positive attitude and mindset.
  • Those with knowledge of building regulations and requirements such as fire safety rules, barrier free access codes and construction law will have an added advantage.

Finance

Description

The Group Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing the Group’s financial operations, ensuring robust financial governance, and delivering accurate and timely financial reporting. This role provides strategic insights, strengthens internal controls, supports business performance, and drives continuous improvement across finance processes. The Financial Controller also plays a key role in supporting transformation initiatives, managing the finance team and supporting organisational growth.

Responsibilities

 1. Financial Reporting & Compliance
  • Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory reporting, tax submissions and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee consolidation processes and maintain the integrity of financial data.
  • Liaise with external auditors and manage the audit process end-to-end
2. Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field. A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 15 years’ experience with 3–5 years of experience as Group Financial Controller of large MNCs or Chief Financial Officers of mid-cap SGX listed companies.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement analysis and management reporting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively build strong inter-department working relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail with problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
  • Strong planning, project management and time management abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Proven track record in leading teams and managing financial transformation projects.

Executive (Residential Marketing) | Closing date: June 11, 2026

Residential Marketing

Description

Reporting to Senior Manager (Residential Marketing), this position will assist in managing and coordinating the end-to-end sales administration process for the Singapore Residential Development business unit, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth property transactions.

Responsibilities

Duties include managing Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) checks; coordinating legal documentation including the issuance of options to purchase and sales and purchase agreements; maintaining accurate sales records; handling post-sales customer service and attending to purchaser inquiries, as well as liaising with lawyers and property agents on sales-related matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business administration, law or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in property sales administration preferably in real estate development.
  • Knowledge of real estate sales processes, regulatory compliance (URA, HDL rules) and AML/CDD requirements.
  • Good understanding of property sales regulations, AML/CDD checks and URA reporting requirements.
  • Attention to detail is required due to the need to review legal documents, contracts and manage compliance-related paperwork.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and sales administrative functions effectively.

Senior Executive (Infrastructure) | Closing date: June 5, 2026

Digital & Technology

Description

The role supports the implementation, operation and maintenance of the organisation’s IT infrastructure across corporate offices and operational sites including shopping malls, retail outlets and hospitality properties. The role ensures the reliability, security and performance of IT systems supporting both business operations and customer-facing services, including POS systems, tenant connectivity, guest Wi-Fi, digital signage and operational technology platforms. The incumbent will work closely with internal stakeholders, property management teams and external vendors to support day-to-day operations and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and support IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, network equipment and virtualisation.
  • Administer and monitor LAN, WAN, wireless networks, switches and routers across sites.
  • Perform system monitoring, patch management, backups and health checks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure incidents and disruptions.
  • Assist in infrastructure setup for new or existing offices, malls or hotels.
  • Coordinate the installation of network equipment, cabling and system setup.
  • Support system upgrades, hardware refreshes and infrastructure expansion.
  • Liaise with vendors, integrators and service providers for maintenance and support, and coordinate with internal departments.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting multi-site environments is preferred.
  • May require providing after-hours support during critical incidents or upgrades.
