The Group is pleased to launch “Impact Beyond”, its 12^th annual Sustainability Report, alongside a new dedicated microsite that enhances access to its ESG performance, initiatives and goals.

Prepared in accordance with global frameworks including the GRI Standards, Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) Real Estate Sustainability Accounting Standard and Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), the report outlines UOL’s progress for FY2024, including a 15% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions compared with the 2019 baseline. The Group is also working on aligning its targets with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) and developing a decarbonisation roadmap that outlines its targets, actions and timelines to reduce emissions across its operations and value chain.

During the year, UOL received several awards and accolades, including the Group’s first Impact Enterprise Excellence Award at the Sustainability Impact Awards by The Business Times and UOB, a major milestone in its sustainability journey of over a decade. The Group’s MSCI ESG rating was also upgraded to “AAA”, placing it among the top 9% of companies in the real estate development and diversified activities industry within the MSCI All Country World Index for ESG management and performance.

These achievements reflect the impact of the organisation’s sustainability approach.
