MEYER HOUSE, a 56-unit luxury development, was fully sold on 16 January 2023. Positioned as “the Nassim of the East”, the trio of designers headlining MEYER HOUSE are: design Singapore-based WOHA; New York- and Toronto-based interior design firm Yabu Pushelberg; and German international design and engineering firm Ramboll Studio Dreiseitl (RSD) as the landscape architect.

Launched on 1 June 2019 and jointly developed by UOL and Kheng Leong Company, the freehold development features large-format units with private lifts, lush landscaping, and balconies surrounded by greenery.

Recognised for its exceptional design, the project won Design of the Year award at the Singapore Institute of Architects (SIA) Architectural Design Awards 2022 and multiple accolades at the International Property Awards (Asia Pacific) from 2019 to 2020.
