We are pleased to launch “The UOL Distinction”, our 13ᵗʰ annual Sustainability Report (SR2025) that details our ESG performance, initiatives and goals.

SR2025 represents our first sustainability report prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) S1 and S2, reflecting our continued commitment to enhance the quality, consistency and transparency of our climate-related disclosures.

In this report, we expanded our sustainability reporting scope to include SingLand and overseas operations. We also established new Group-wide intensity-based environmental targets covering greenhouse gas emissions, energy and water, alongside the development of a Climate Transition Plan to guide our approach to net-zero emissions across our operations and value chain.

During the year, UOL received several sustainability and community awards, including our first Singapore Corporate Sustainability Award at SIAS Investors’ Choice Awards 2025, the Impact Enterprise Excellence Award at Sustainability Impact Awards 2025 by The Business Times and UOB for the second consecutive year, the Community Chest Charity Platinum Award for the third consecutive year and the Distinguished Patron of the Arts Award for the fourth consecutive year. These recognitions reflect our collective efforts and reinforce our belief that sustainability and community stewardship are integral to long-term value creation.

UOL Group Chief Executive Liam Wee Sin said: “Driving sustainability requires shared commitment across our entire ecosystem. As we move into the next phase of our climate transition journey, we will continue to cultivate meaningful partnerships, bringing together the capabilities, insights and contributions of those who work with and alongside us. Collaboration will remain central to how we innovate, solve challenges and accelerate progress. I extend our sincere appreciation to all our stakeholders for your continued partnership and support. Guided by our vision ‘Less Carbon, More Life’, we remain committed to shaping a cleaner, greener and more sustainable future.”
