On 30 October 2024, UOL clinched the Top Sustainable Developer accolade for the first time at the EdgeProp Singapore Excellence Awards 2024, while also retaining the prestigious Top Developer title for the fifth time since 2019.

Winning the Top Sustainable Developer Award affirms the organisation’s Sustainability Vision of ‘Less Carbon, More Life’, which increasingly defines its core DNA in green architecture.

During the awards ceremony at Shangri-La Singapore, UOL garnered a total of 12 awards, including recognition for Watten House, Pinetree Hill, Clavon and Avenue South Residence as the winning properties.

In his speech, UOL Group Chief Executive Liam Wee Sin said: “True to UOL’s vision of ‘Creating Value, Shaping a Sustainable Future’, we will always be a developer committed to design and development excellence, striving to create a lasting impact on our city and urban landscape. We have been riding alongside Singapore’s ambition to be a City in Nature. Together with many other like-minded developers, I believe we can transform our Little Red Dot to a Little Green Dot.”

Mr Liam also thanked Team UOL, Singapore Land Group Limited, partners and consultants for being part of the Group’s journey in achieving these awards.
