UOL has been honoured with the Top Sustainability Award at the 2025 Asia CEO Summit & Awards Ceremony, organised by Influential Brands. This accolade reaffirms UOL’s leadership in sustainability within Singapore’s property development sector.
UOL’s Chief Legal and Sustainability Officer, Yeong Sien Seu, accepted the award from Guest-of-Honour, Speaker of Parliament Mr Seah Kian Peng, at The Fullerton on 28 March 2025.
Sustainability at UOL is more than a responsibility—it’s embedded in its DNA. Guided by the Group’s vision of “Less Carbon, More Life,” sustainability is integrated at every level, from building design and operations to governance, corporate social responsibility and staff engagement. The Group’s approach ensures that its business activities align with ESG principles, reducing their environmental footprint while enhancing the well-being of the communities it serves.
This year marks the first time Influential Brands has introduced a Sustainability category in their awards, assessed through the Global ESG Monitor (GEM) methodology, which benchmarks the quality of sustainability reporting and ESG disclosures.

Colleagues from UOL Corporate Engineering and Development, and Corporate Communications, Investor Relations & Sustainability teams celebrated the achievement at the awards ceremony.
